Garrison Brothers starts with the same sweet mash bourbon that put them on the map in Hye, Texas — four years in toasted and charred American white oak. From there, select barrels move into Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from southern Spain for another four years. PX is made from sun-dried grapes concentrated to near-raisin sweetness, and those casks leave a mark: dark, rich, and layered while still letting the Texas bourbon speak for itself.
The nose opens with chocolate, toffee, caramel, raisins, figs, and candied fruit. The palate is dense and velvety with intense sweetness, dark toffee, dried fruit, and extraordinary depth. The finish is long and decadent with lingering sherry sweetness — built for slow sipping.
