Lhéraud is one of those rare family-owned Cognac estates that does everything by hand and on their own terms — single-cru vintages distilled on the lees in traditional Charentais copper pot stills at their estate in Angeac-Charente. The 1990 Grande Champagne is a vintage Cognac from one of the most prestigious crus in the appellation, bottled at 48% ABV after decades of patient aging.

The presentation alone tells the story — a hand-signed label ironed directly onto a striking black decanter with a black wax seal, wrapped in aged muslin cloth, boxed in black leather embossed in silver, and accompanied by a handwritten letter from the Cellar Master. A bottle that commands attention before it's even opened, and a Cognac with the depth and elegance to back it up.
