Pale green yellow; smart start, elder pesto, lilac bush, some seedling, a pinch of musk; strong acid finish, continues consistently and this year is a bit over the top in brightly colored colors.
This year, much more cheeky, unusual Muscat - for some too much of a good thing, for others the prototype of a young aperitif wine with an intensive supplement.
Gladly accompanies various cheese and cheese dishes, such as cheesecake, cheese spaetzle or a cheese fondue. Try it with Indian curries, with raw fish (sushi, ceviche, etc.) or simply enjoy it as an aperitif before dinner.
