is this Kurayoshi Pure Malt is this a different "Malt Whiskey"?

Bought a Kurayoshi Pure Malt while in Japan last year and finished the bottle recently. Needed to replaced it and bought this bottle, but my Japanese bottle says "Pure Malt" on the label like the bottle image here on the product page, but the bottle I received from Mission only says "Malt Whisky." So is the Malt a Pure Malt without Pure Malt on the label or is it different somehow? Mission didn't reply when I asked… love the pure malt. Nice light peat notes, clean finish, but not a heavy Scotch whisky flavor/style.
