Its hard for me to tender any stars on a wine that gives no description of how it is aged and stored. I can find no statement on the bottle or online. I can not drink wine aged or stored in metal vats because those wines give me headaches due to the metal. I will not be able to buy the wine again. I appreciate the Organic and the rest but what good is it if the wine is stored in metal vats.
