Previous Australian Gin is Four Pillars Fault Line. Wonderful Gin makes a great gin and tonic with Fever Tree. The Olive Branch makes a totally different tasting gin and tonic as could be expected; but a wonderful contrast. I think the Fault Line makes a better gin and tonic. My next experiment was to mix one double jigger of Olive Branch with a single jigger of Amaro Montenegro and a dash of bitters over ice. Blew my mind! I don't know what to call it but will do it again. I still want to try it as a martini gin, but try to keep my experiments simple and not too frequent ( I'm a little too old to go too wild!). Both Australian gins are masterpieces and we will keep buying anything that Mission Wine and Spirits will offer from that distillery.

Interesting blend of olive extract and gin.
