this is a lame product i hate it
Product was great,it was as good if not better than the first time I drank it.
The flavor is smooth with delightful after notes. Only wish we could find another bottle.

Seventeen Forty is always one of our most anticipated and coveted wines, and the2018 vintage is no exception. Inspired by the wines of Bordeaux’s Saint-Émilion, this wine is composed of Cabernet Franc and Merlot—creating a rich, opulent wine displaying the wonderful spices that are typical of Cabernet Franc. Aromas of blackberries, boysenberries, cassis, cured meats, graphite and ash anticipate hints of chalky dust and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is full bodied while offering prodigious flavors of black raspberry, blueberry, chocolate and black plums. This pedal-to-the-metal wine is boldly concentrated yet still retains its elegance, backed by silky tannins that provide a seamless experience from beginning to end. While approachable upon release, it will evolve beautifully in the bottle for many years to come.
