Chosen from a rickhouse of many, for its singular character and taste. One barrel. Bottled to capture this unique bourbon and moment in time, both of which will never happen again.
Deep copper to mahogany. On the nose, browned butter, Cola, black currant and dried dates, orange citrus blossoms, bittersweet dark chocolate, and almond butter. On the palate, Cola, dark chocolate, buttered pastry, dried date and fig, raisin and orange citrus. Full and rich, chewy, spicy and creamy with nuts. A long and dry finish, but with lingering impressions of butter creme, candied orange peel, and dark dried fruit.

I’m surprised but this last bottle of Reposado tasted nothing like Clase. I’m a frequent purchaser and the last Reposado bottle was unrecognizable. I am so disappointed but I am happy it was on sale for $129.. I am using it for margaritas. :(
