Tío Pesca Mezcal Ancestral transports us to the past through four varieties of agave that are endemic to Sola de Vega, Oaxaca: Arroqueño, Coyote, Mexicano, and Tobalá.
Tío Pesca Tobalá is produced by Fernando Mitra and his family in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, using 100% agave Potatorum, manually crushed and twice distilled in clay pot stills. Earthy and rich, this mezcal is ideal for those prepared for a journey into the world of wild agave spirits. It has a peat-like smoke and herbal notes on the nose, with a touch of stone fruit, and creamy roasted agave sweetness on the finish. Complete specs are below:
