Tío Pesca Mezcal Ancestral transports us to the past through four varieties of agave that are endemic to Sola de Vega, Oaxaca: Arroqueño, Coyote, Mexicano, and Tobalá.
Tío Pesca Arroqueño is produced by the Mitra family in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, using 100% agave Americana, manually crushed and twice distilled in clay pot stills. Majestically sweet and spiced, this mezcal delivers the legacy of a potent land. Ideal for sipping and reflecting, it has notes of earth and wood on the nose. Light in body, the palate imparts a sweet spice like cinnamon and white peppercorn on the finish. Complete specs are below:
