The 4th Rabbit follows the traditional mezcal production process of Mexico. Agave plants are cooked in a fire-heated, stone-lined pit underground before fermentation - true to Mexican authenticity.
Aromas of applea and pear eau de vie with lingering smoke and floral honey. Velvety smooth on the palate with honey and citrus. Gentle smoke weaves its way through soft agave and a touch of earthy spice. Smoke and honey lingers making for a delectable long finish.
