First off, thanks to Mission Spirits for the great service and fast shipping. I had found out about this sake brewery, and yes it is a "brewery", from the documentary "The Art of Sake'. This bottle met all expectations...smooth, slightly sweet, flavorful at room temp or warmed. I could tell this was a high quality sake with no "mala ondas" (bad vibes).
