Profile: the voluptuous first nose is at once empyreumatic (sweet chestnut honey) and spicy. The notes of rancio are also magnificent. Allowed to breathe, it becomes increasingly complex (strawberry jam, wilted rose). The sherry has a strong influence on the aromatic palette. The dynamic attack shows lots of finesse. The mouthfeel is like a wild peach as its exotic character gradually settles in (mango). The very long finish is remarkably mature (cep, dead leaves). On the retronasal olfaction, figs appear alongside sweet spices (cinnamon, ginger).
