This is a single barrel of 7 year old Maryland style rye, made with a different blend than the standard Sagamore core lineup (80/20 vs the signature blend's 70/30). This juice doesn’t make it in the regular line ups and is the oldest Sagamore offerings in the market. It was aged in a separate 2200 barrel rickhouse on the Sagamore farm property, separate from the regular aging barns. Each barrel is one of a kind and only around 100 barrels are available every year. 

Nose – Sweet oak and toast, mint, grass, green crayon, rye spice

Palate – smooth, vanilla, rye, great mouthfeel, rye spice

Finish – surprise, surprise – rye spice

Smells like a wine finish but tastes like a classic rye.
