Burnt honey. Caramel. Sweet. Very low burn. I'd think there are additives but not confirmed. Great for the price for after dinner, mixing it with anything sweet is a losss. You lose the reason for drinking it

This is not too sweet and has a lovely taste of apricots and is delightfully smooth.
The Giffard apricot liqueur is one of the most delicious I’ve ever tried so I was surprised to find this to be medicinal and bitter, with no discernible rhubarb flavor.
