With the new 2020 vintage of the single agave orchard Fuenteseca Cosecha Blanco Tequila hitting the market this month, David and Sal have put together a four course tasting menu to showcase the beauty of these liquids. Beginning with two single vineyard Chardonnays from Liquid Farm and finishing with two single orchard Tequilas from Fuenteseca, Chef Sal Marino’s imagination will be on full display, as will David’s storytelling in between courses. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Fuenteseca Cosechas from master distiller Enrique Fonseca are considered the benchmark for single site blanco Tequila, and Jeff Nelson’s Liquid Farms single vineyard Chardonnays are the cream of the crop from the Sta Rita Hills, showcasing incredible acidity and minerality. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDavid wants this to be an intimate experience for all guests, hence this special exploration of terroir is limited to just 12 seats at $125 per person.
