Medium-bodied and dry white from one of the oldest organic producers in Greece. Roditis is a mainstay of Greek viticulture, often used to make the piney retsina wines but here presented in its unmodified glory. Hand harvested, ambient yeasts, no malolactic, and a small sulfur dose. Fresh notes of citrus and apricot, a superb wine for pairing with lemony chicken dishes or grilled white fish.
