HOW: Using hand-harvested, high elevation wild juniper from the Himalayan mountains, the recipe is counterbalanced by coriander seeds, turmeric, ginger, gondhoraj, cardamom, mango and almond, all sourced from across India.
WHAT: Hapusa (pronounced Ha-poo-sha) is made by Nao Spirits in Goa, India, the first craft spirits distillery in the region, under the direction of distiller and founder Anand Virmani.
