Dingle Batch No. 4 is a limited release and a marriage of hand selected Bourbon, Sherry, and Port casks.
Three distinctive hand-crafted copper pot stills are used to achieve Dingle Single Malt's unique flavor profile. Wooded mash tun and fermentation vessels are used in a nod tradition. Only the pristine water drawn from their own well, 240 feet below the distillery, is used in the distillation. The whiskey is triple distilled and non-chill filtered.
A full flavored, yet harmoniously balanced mix of creamy vanilla sweetness from the American oak which combines beautifully with dried fruit flavors of apricot and sultanas from the fortified wine casks.
