Crafted in Napa Valley’s appellation, Cooper and Thief Cellarmasters Sauvignon Blanc is aged for three months in Casa Noble anejo tequila barrels, which gives way to soft, velvety tannins with a subtle heat. The combined result creates an unusual richness in the structure, balanced with refreshing acidity and a long, lingering finish. Cooper and Thief Sauvignon Blanc is a rich white wine full of aromatic fruit characters, with classic citrus and spice notes reminiscent of fine blue agave tequila, giving way to toasty vanilla flavors from the barrels. It pairs well with seafood and chicken dishes. Varietal: 78% sauvignon blanc, 12% French colombard, 10% semillon and other whites.
