The Infinite Barrel Project is a constantly evolving whiskey that is different with each bottling date. Beginning with a blend of 9 whiskies from 4 different countries. After which a portion is removd and replaced with different, carefully selected, mature whiskeys. The result is an ever changing and increasingly complex whiskey. Each bottling is a small but fascinating depature from the previous. It began with the February 12, 2018 bottling containing Tennessee Whiskey and Rye, Indiana Rye, Indiana Whiskey finished in Oloroso sherry butts, 100% Polish Malted Rye finished in Curacao barrels, Scotch Whisky, and Irish Whiskey."
