What makes the Bacus Vineyards 2021 Rosé unique is the flavor profile from the estate-grown single vineyard designate 828 & 777 Pinot Noir varietals it is based on. They increased color extraction for the 2021 vintage by extending skin contact with juice from the press, enhancing the hue and aroma. 

Aromas of pink grapefruit pith, beeswax and lemon aromas are clean and invigorating. The palate is equally brisk and lively, with flavors of red cherries, tangerines and fresh rosemary.
