Vanilla and candied fruit on the nose, maybe banana. Flavor follows the aroma, goes down smooth. I bought this white rum primarily for making Daiquiris, unfortunately the vanilla and banana (?) flavor don't quite work for me in a Daiquiri. It's great in a rum and coke, though. It's fine for sipping.
