Sparkling for New Year's Cheers & Morning After Mimosas - Zonin Prosecco D.O.C.
Pale, straw yellow with subtle green hues, persistent perlage, and rich mousse. Sophisticated and elegant, enhanced by pleasing fruity notes. Dry and pleasantly fruity with a fresh, aromatic note on the finish; reveals an abundance of almonds and hints of fresh citrus.

Christmas Chardonnay - 2015 Sonoma-Cutrer 'The Cutrer' Chardonnay
This wine is richly textured with a lovely mid-palate creamy richness and bright acidity that leads to a finish with a long richness of flavor. There are complex aromas of caramel, roasted nuts, honey, fresh Bosc pear, ripe peach, nectarine, and honeydew melon accented with nougat, brown sugar, baking spice, and red apple. Flavors of peach, apple, and crème brulee mingle with hints of butterscotch, caramel, warm pie crust, and baked apple with touches of light vanilla and oak spice.

Value Wines -  2013 Laird Family Estate Jillian's Blend
A sweet nose of butterscotch leads to a tornado of flavor, including homemade blackberry pie and eucalyptus. A very lively and spice filled finish leaves a lingering finish of baking spices, coffee and pipe tobacco. With a rich body and moderate tannins this will be a show stopper for years to come.

Great Grapes - Department 66 D66 Grenache
A deep, ruby complexion envelops the glass suggesting a mighty wine. It is perfumed with a tempting fusion of red and black fruits, mountain flowers, kirsch, herbs de Provence, and a wreath of new French oak. Silky and intensely rich, the palate is lead down a path of exotic flavors including blackberry, maraschino cherry, mocha and raspberry puree. A fine mineral component augments a persistent finish that is wrapped in sleek and satiny tannins."

Robert Parker Rated - 2013 Hess Collection Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon
94 PTS – ROBERT PARKER – “Another sensational effort and probably one of the best wines to emerge from Hess in the last 30 years is the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Mt. Veeder, a blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Malbec. This is sensational wine with fabulous aromatics of white flowers, licorice, roasted coffee, blueberry and black raspberry liqueur, with pen ink and graphite making an appearance. It is a full-bodied, rich and a compelling effort from Hess. The good news is there are nearly 10,700 cases of it.”

Sweet Sipping - W&J Graham's 2011 Late Bottled Vintage Porto
Produced in the style of Graham’s great Vintage Ports, Graham’s LBV has a near opaque purple color with vibrant aromas of blackberry and dark cherry as well as hints of freshly picked mint. Full-bodied with brambly fruit flavors, this wine shows Graham’s signature complexity and elegance in perfect balance.
