Made out an order to replenish the home bar and I hadn't really looked too hard at the individual prices because this was stuff I needed (?) and usually had on hand. When all was said and done the total cost was almost $500 and it took me by surprise. Mission has always been pretty reliable as far as price and selection so I wasn't expecting this. That said, I still made the purchase. A couple days later I noticed in the grocery store that the price of one of the bottles I bought at Mission was priced very close to what I'd paid at Mission. That really surprised me, in the past grocery store prices were always much higher than the prices at Mission. Don't get me wrong, I'll still shop for liquor at Mission, staff is usually pleasant and always knowledgeable and they are usually very well stocked with the liquor I want. I'll just be a little more discerning about price on more accessible liquor that I buy.
