Double distilled Calvados du Pays d'Auge. Traditional apples come from family orchards. The Calvados ages from 5 to 14 years in used sherry and port casks. Fruit, flower and spice blend harmoniously on the nose. Long on the palate while remaining light. A good balance of the apple-flavored younger brandies and the smoky, spicy aromas, full bodied flavor, and lingering taste of the older components. Excellent for after-dinner and general use.
