This Calvados has been aged more than 15 years in small oak cask. Flamboyant amber colour, complex, well-balanced nose ; the fruit forms a mellow blend in a palette dominated by wood and spice ; full, very long on the palate. Should be allowed to breathe in the glass before tasting. Perfect with a cigar.
